I would either install fsd and use its fan speed option, plus you can see current temps also. Or download a fan speed xex that will patch the fan speed permanently

The Fan speed prevents the Xbox from shutting down randomly so i do recommend you try to speed up the fan which it actually does improve performance and from my experience i don't believe there is anything to test the performance of you Xbox the only thing i know is fsd and that only displays the GPU and the temperature of the Xbox.

Seems to me the console is getting to hot and shuting down.

Sure default tempreture threshold on retail console is set at 75-80. You can use FSD to set the temp or you can use fan speed patches.

I have always liked my RGH/Jtags to sit around 50-60 mark.

If you need any help setting FSD up or setting the temps via speed patches just ask ;)

I have FSD, the temp is 75-80 as default , i would like to know if my xbox 360 is in good condition , i think my xbox 360 should not shut down randomly from heat , i had the phat xbox and didn't face any problem with heating

Your console is in good condition it just sounds like a fan problem this happened to me and when i set the fan speed up it stopped lagging and turning off. I own a Falcon Rjtag and the problem you are having is the same one i had that i fixed by using a fan speed xex patch that made my fan faster and made my console stop lagging and turning off.

aha , so the jtag worsen my xbox 360 fan , is it possible to fix this fan without patching the fan speed . I went to FSD , and the fan speed is auto , although the noise and the speed is too low :(

Increase fan speed to 70% or higher. If you're handy upgrade fans to talismoon fans.
