Ubisoft has finally announced Assassin's Creed: Rogue - an Xbox 360 and PS3-only escapade that takes place between the events of Assassin's Creed 3 and Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag. It puts you in charge of Shay Patrick Cormac, a former Assassin who now hunts Assassins on behalf of the Templar brotherhood, and restores the sailing mechanics that are missing from the franchise's first Xbox One outing, Assassin's Creed: Unity. Among other locations, you'll get to roam colonial-era New York, the Applachian River Valley and the chilly waters of the North Atlantic. Rogue sits alongside the events of the Seven Years' War (1754-1763), and will shed more light on the lives of the third game's Haytham and the fourth game's Edward Kenway. According to a leaked trailer, the game will release on 11th November 2014. Sourcexm
