Homefront: The Revolution & Dead Island 2 playable at Game Expo Scotland

    Game Expo Scotland has just received its first playable game announcements in the form of Dead Island 2 and Homefront: The Revolution.

    In a press release sent to VG247 this morning, Game Expo Scotland organisers Magdala Media announced that both games will be be playable at the expo, which takes place 4-5 October at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre.

    Single day and weekend tickets can be bought over on the Game Expo Scotland site. The full weekend costs £18.00 if you buy in advance, while single advance days are £10.00 each.

    “We’re incredibly pleased to have Deep Silver on board for Game Expo Scotland 2014,” said Game Expo Scotland organiser Rowan Mackie in a statement. “By bringing Dead Island 2 and Homefront: The Revolution to GES 2014, eager gamers can be the first in the UK to go hands-on with these brand new releases.”

    ”We are thrilled to have the opportunity to showcase these two fantastic titles at Game Expo Scotland 2014” added Mark Fisher, Head of UK Marketing at Deep Silver. “To be included in the inaugural event and allow gamers in the UK to play both Homefront: The Revolution and Dead Island 2 for the first time is very exciting for us.”

    Homefront: The Revolution developer Crytek UK will also deliver a speaker session at the expo, with more details to follow.
