Hello all this is a simple tutorial on how to use your Xbox One controller on your PC-Laptop. First off all you will need to download the drivers for the pad via the links below. PC Drivers for Xbox One Controller (x86) ( 32 BIT OS ) PC Drivers for Xbox One Controller (x64) ( 64 BIT OS ) Once you have downloaded the corresponding drivers for your OS you will need to install them. So find the file you have just downloaded. Once you have found this open it up and you will see a install window like this. Now once you have installed these drivers simply grab a Xbox One USB charging cable or a HTC mobile cable which also works, and plug the USB into your PC-Laptop and the charging end into the top of the controller. And windows will give you this pop up window. Once you see both green ticks you are good to go. What I did next was to test the controller in a program called Xpadder just to make sure and as you can see in the image below all the buttons and joysticks are working perfectly. Enjoy Dark
This is Godsend!! I have both Origin & Steam on my PC -- I absolutely love One controller (over 360's); this is gonna be awesome.
You can just plug it in now and it will work. Dont even need this anymore This is almost 3 years old. LOL
