Loom bands are all the craze right now, and you will be hard pushed to find whom isn't sporting a fashionable rubber band bracelet which can be created in minutes. Loom bands is a craze that started back in 2011 and has recently exploded into a playground phenomenon since being sported by Kate middleton on a trip to New Zealand. There are many styles of bracelets that can be made easily by interlinking rubber bands on your fingers or a loom board, but one lady from Prestatyn in Wales took loom bands to the extreme by creating a dress made entirely of the small rubber bands which sold for over £170,000 on Ebay. In total there were a 137 bids made on the dress which cost £47 to make and was listed with a start price of £50. Check out the dress which Sian is modelling in the photo below which was made by her mum: Sian says that the dress is really heavy and really itchy as well as being extremelly difficult to put on. The winning bid has not yet been paid, so it remains to be seen if this is just a hoax.
