i have used them 3 or 4 times and ive never had a problem with them before. there sever did go down once when i was with them and I msged them and they refunded me for the time that they where down for.
On their website u can find almost all the info u need so yea... And regarding user experience well i used them a few times (10+) before the support kinda sucks in my opinion when u ask for help with a problem u are having (thank god for google tho , but none the less its a good thing to have the service available to us, ive had a few sorts of problems but found a solution every time so yea. Ex: just make sure ur on the latest dashboard update and also be sure to use only the files from their website etc... And it should work great for you to
