Hello again Viper, I use to pop in at night and chat with you and a guy named Gamerboy on Diablo III. I don't envy you man, it has to be a load to stress to keep up with all the updates and still reply on this board. My question is this, You personally set up my system when you gave the editor to me. I even have the new locker even if i havent figured it out completely yet. I was wondering now with RoS out will you be updating the Editor to comply with this, and also will you please add the new Set Armors into the editor. Im drooling over that Firebird set. Thanks again for all the work you all have put into this project and I hope to stick around and keep learning. Dragons_Venom
Hello everyone, Ok, first of all I have bruteforce 4.6 and 4.7. I Know how to work d3editors by now. I try BRF 4.6 it work on the old ps3 diablo 3 not on the new ROS or UEE. On BRF 4.6 it is missing the Key numbers so there is no way to decrypt the file when trying to decrypt New diablo 3 UEE..............................missing KEY Numbers........cant decrypt....... Ok now on BRF 4.7 Th KEY numbers are not missing on the new diablo 3 UEE and on the old daiblo 3. Now without pushing the second layer button on the lower right corner and decrypt the file. When I go into CKY D3editor. It does not work....... Errors ......errors. ...... That's what everyone's problems.........there for The d3editors is not working..... ."...................Any thoughts ...........
you can load up your RoS save in the current D3 Editor, provided there are no RoS items saved in your stash. it wont work, says something about keys not present. thats what i figure anyway. Viper is working on a RoS editor, which is currently in Alpha and has no GBID list as of yet. but what i've done, through some testing, you can load up a vanilla D3 save, add RoS items to it, then once you are done, launch RoS straight away with it and it will load. you need to dupe each item in the stash with the editor for it to show up. thats how i got it to work anyway, i got that from a few posts back cant remember what page. doing this worked for me, but after playing a bit and getting my DH to lvl 62, either the increased lvl or some items i picked up triggered the save and now it wont load up in the D3 editor. but i had planned on something going wrong, was just running tests anyway. EDIT: ok so the drama im having, i add new items to the stash, but instead of putting them there, they keep appearing in the inventory of my first character. is there any way to stop that?
every time i say "ok, thats enough. i'll farm the rest" i look at the editor and someone is hard at work adding everything in! i think we have nearly all the leg one-handed flails now? you guys doing all the hard work are seriously amazing, and your efforts are much appreciated.
we should have all 1 handed flail's actually if i'm missing one let me know to my knowledge i grabbed em all already.
haha pretty sure thats it, great job. cant wait for the updated GBIDs for the new RoS editor. but in the meantime, yeah, Darklight build or even some fun with Gyrcon Flacone or whatever its called, why not haha. just leveling my crusader now, doing it from 1-70 though. get used to it on console, and get those complete all acts trophies while im at it. then i'll make a second. i like to run a holy shotgun build, then a fire build or play around with another one. save editing should be even sweeter with Act 5, if its anything like PC, the first time you kill Malthael its a guaranteed leg drop. so make sure you are level 70 when you kill him. you can then reset the quests for each character once you've done them all. then either edit the save to unlock them all again, or have someone invite you to the start of Act 5, and just speed-run it on Normal. the look on my face when i saw yous also added the Rhen'Ho Flayer... haha love it.
Ok, so when I put different stats on an armors and imported back to the game. It stays on but when you put stats on gems it doesn't stay. Keep in mind I only used six slots on the gems and armors.......any thoughts....

ok shows how much you know i decrypt my save with 4.6 all the time its very possible and easy to do if anything 4.6 is more stable then 4.7 i hate 4.7 and refuse to update i wrote the key's in 4.6 myself so i didn't have to use 4.7 you can just easily transfer the games.conf from 4.7 to the 4.6 install folder and you can decrypt with 4.6 Next we can't tell what is wrong from what you said above at all it would help if you actually maybe sent a save file for us to look at and see what is wrong ourselves? Another thing if you are from China the translation is what broke the editor we have recently fixed this in the newest revision and should work now. If your not from China and you can't load save then either you broke something on your save along the way or you have some kind of unknown value we have not yet seen.
When using 4.6 BRF (even transfer games. Conf 4.7 BRF to 4.6 ). The problems is this....when you transfer your game save diablo3 UEE back to 4.6 BRF. In BRF 4.6 save data the key numbers are missing...everything are there under name, profile, title, title ID, copy, reg, but under key.......no numbers.....appeared........ Therefore Decrypt PFD is not even highlighted and unable to select it. Also the lower right corner where the layer button is .........missing...... When using 4.6 BRF (even transfer games. the thing is that most people don't understand is the key is not missing its just the Region ID's weren't connected to the Diablo 3 key they both use the same key's to decrypt and encrypt so it was as easy as copy and paste your region into the games.conf thats how i was able to start testing on the 17th before anyone had the keys and before 4.7 update. When you actually know what you are doing things do what you want when you want I know things can get confusing at time when a project has to restart due to DLC and ect but its to be expected when people demand early release to functions that haven't been properly tested and allocated correctly for both consoles or even different languages. As for second layer of decryption it is NOT NEEDED AT ALL we do not use second layer ever for our editor so the second layer button is not needed what so ever that is a Jappi editor or Hex editing step only.
Can you post a tutorial with xbox save? I got my save to open up in the editor but if I go to edit a weapon it just shows nothing but numbers and for properties it says none
Viper, When modding stats into gems on d3editor and then imported back into the game (ps3 ) diablo 3 UEE. The stats won't stay in. They are gone. What is going on here. I'm i doing something wrong........ ......anyone..else experiencing the same too.....
ya its called modded gems are no longer possible since 1.01 update try to keep up by reading the patch notes on battle.net sometime Edit: well i tried looking for the forum post on battle.net and can't locate it anymore don't know where it went but it was there at some point.
